Brad’s Glass Art Layaway Contract

This is my layaway contract in its entirety. If you purchase an item from Brad Peterson using this
 Layaway Option, you agree to all the conditions in this contract. 
It is a legal and binding contract so please read all of the conditions before accepting this contract.

Conditions of contract:

1. Choose the item(s) that you would like to purchase.

2. DO NOT hit the "buy button" or the "Check Out" button.

3. Contact me by e-mail stating that you wish to buy the item(s) on this Layaway Plan.

4. We will set up a payment plan for you according to your budget.

5. You can make weekly payments or monthly payments. Must make mention of how much you wish to pay in each payment installment. 


6. A down payment of 15% of the item(s) total including shipping is required at the start of this contract.

7. When your initial down payment is made, you have accepted this contract. 


8. Upon receipt of your down payment, I will pull the item out of inventory and hold it in my layaway area with your information on it.

9. Each time you make a payment and I receive that payment, I will update your balance due and send you notification by e-mail.

10. Upon the completion of the final payment and when no balance is due, I will ship the item to you.

11. If you default in payments and I do not receive 3 consecutive payments when due, I reserve the right to keep the payments that you paid previously and return the item to stock for sale to other buyers.

12. I accept two forms of payments. You can pay by Pay Pal (PREFERRED) to my Pay Pal ID (this keeps a record of payments for you and for me), or you can pay by Postal Money Order in which you can keep a carbon copy for your records.

Upon return of this contract to me along with your down payment you agree to all the terms in this contract as stated above and agree to make timely payments as set by our agreed upon payment plan.
